    great housekeeping

we had a wonderful time at the westin. the bed was super comfortable, making it easy to unwind after a long day. housekeeping was really on point, cleaning our room while we were out for breakfast. plus, we enjoyed great drinks and dinner at the hotel bar, which was a nice bonus. the facilities, like the gym with peloton bikes, were excellent too.

    great location
    comfortable beds
    limited snack options

We had an amazing time at McKinley Park, perfect for relaxing with my grandchild. The location was ideal, allowing us to walk to nearby attractions like the Discovery Museum. Clean and comfy beds enhanced our stay. definitely a family-friendly vibe!

My kids wished for healthier snack options in the lobby.

    convenient location but unremarkable amenities

The location was excellent, making it easy to explore nearby sights. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.

The amenities did not meet expectations for a hotel at this price point.

    confusing parking situation

    Good location, but pricey!

This is a solid spot for a fun weekend. The location is awesome, right in the heart of downtown. We loved the rain shower head in our king room! One weird thing was the parking situation. it was confusing and added to our bill. Just be ready to shell out $$ for everything.

I had a great three-night stay! The whiskey bar had an amazing collection, and I loved the free bottles of water at reception. The room was comfy, but the view was surprisingly not as impressive as the photos.

    comfortable room
    friendly staff
    overpriced parking
    dust issues
    valet delays

I enjoyed the clean, comfortable bed in my Deluxe King Room. The room felt cozy after long days out exploring the city. The bathroom had nice complimentary toiletries, which was a nice touch. Valet parking was convenient, though it felt overpriced at $75 a night. I had some trouble with unexpected charges on my bill after checkout, which left me concerned. The lobby had a lovely atmosphere, but some areas felt a bit dated. I noticed some dust in the vents and small cracks on the mirror. Staff were friendly but not always readily available. Waiting around for valet was also frustrating a few times, especially when no one was present at the stand.

    unfriendly service
    cleanliness issues

The hotel boasts a beautiful lobby and comfortable rooms, but the lack of friendly service from some staff and unsettling cleanliness issues in the pull-out couch detracted from the experience. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay that could use some improvement in service and maintenance.

    fun activities
    dated furniture

Had an awesome time with my friends! The beds were super comfy, and the place was close to many attractions. Just be prepared for a more dated look.

The furniture definitely shows its age, with scratches and dents. For the price per night, I expected a bit more polish.

During my stay, I was truly impressed by the elegant decor and welcoming atmosphere of The Westin Milwaukee. The beautifully designed lobby and easily accessible common areas made my experience even more enjoyable.

Clearer parking information would enhance the experience.

It was just a fitting option for a brief hiatus in Milwaukee with exceptional value. The valet was quick to help with my bags when I arrived. Check the parking fees before staying, they add up fast.

    comfortable bed
    inviting pool
    worn furniture

We booked this place for a weekend getaway and loved how cozy the bed was. plus, housekeeping cleaned our room while we enjoyed breakfast. There are great spots to relax, like the inviting pool and the comfy bar area for drinks after a long day. Just a heads up, the furniture had a few dings, but it didn't really take away from the overall experience! 👍
